Oblique slip, it’s gone in or out of the outcrop face (?)

It isn’t oblique-slip - the slickenfibres are all dip slip. I’ve just been and revisited the site and what you can’t see from the photo is that the base of the sandstone is a thrust so the bottom part of the structure is under the beach to the left of the image.
